Since the NBN (National Broadband Network) will be rolled out in, the cloud based infrastrature is exactly what business need to keep running effectively. What cloud technology enormously contributes its success to is the following:

• Software is immediately updated
• Cheaper running cost
• Universal user interactively

What this also means is that you need to look at the following:

• Where is you data stored and how easy can you move it
• Training users for privacy and functionality
• How are you going to be on the internet 100% of the time.

Pros –  Seems to be a reliable service and comes with compatible data-packs from Telstra Cons - Doesn’t say that iPhone backup is available (software must not be compatible with iTunes)

Overall – this is the MS Online Services PDF package deal available – $380 per user per year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
